EEB Transfer Open House: Sparking interest in organismal biology through inquiry and mentorship

We will host an outreach event at the Long Marine Laboratory for new transfer students on September 20, 2016, two days prior to the beginning of Fall Quarter Instruction. The goal of the EEB Transfer Open House is to foster an environment in which new transfer students are inspired and encouraged to pursue careers in ecology and evolutionary biology.

Tentative Schedule:
Morning: rotate through stations around Long Marine Lab; labs showcase research
Noon: luncheon with EEB department members
